Board of Review for 2012 will meet June 7,2012 at 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. or to adjournment at the Town Hall . One time short form published. One time long form to be published at least 15 days before Board of Review _______5. Fire bills need to be paid at this time. 50% of amount needs to be paid to Plain. 75% of amount needs to be paid to Town of Washington. _______6. The Recycling Grant forms were completed and sent to the District Office. This is the 2011 usage report and costs. We will get $1051.64 for recycling in 2011. _______7.There will be a primary recall elexction on May 8th in Bear Creek. We will have public testing on Friday May 4th at 8:30 A.M. at the Bear Creek Town Hall. Published. _______8. Open Book for 2012 was set for May 15th from 4:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at the Bear Creek Town Hall. Only the assessor needs to be there. _______9. The Quick Books program needs to be gotten for the payroll . Clerk puts this on her credit card and gives a bill to the board at the next meeting. _______10. Several people calling for burning permits. Referred to Phyllis. _______11.There will be an election June 5th for the Recall in Wisconsin.. _______12. Proclaim May 1st through May7th as Municipal Clerk’s Week in Bear Creek Township in Wisconsin.. _______13. The Clerk’s and Treasurer’s bond at Statewide Services is due in the amount of $125.00. _______14.The Anti-virus program to protect the Bear Creek programs is due for $39.95. To be paid at this meeting. ________15. The Clerk and Treasurer attended a District Meeting in Monona on April 18th. There has to be a licensed bartender at the church festival all the time beer is being served.. ________16.Sauk County Planning and Zoning are now putting their information on the e-mail. No letters. Also posted on County web page. ________17. General Engineering is adding a fuel surcharge to their bills due to the high cost of gas. _______18-.
