AGENDA FOR REGULAR MONTHLY MEETING OF BEAR CREEK OCTOBER

Treasurer’s report
______1. .Road work and bills for 2009 discussion...
______2. The new posting board is here and was mounted on the front of the building
by the patrolman. It looks good.
______3.A survey and driveway permit needs the boards approval from Jack Lind
Property. Has been to the Smart Growth Committee. 7 and 1/2 acres on Marble
Quarry Road.. Ted Greenheck here for this approval. Chris Lindquist also called
concerning this action as he has a 2 and 1/2 acre property that needs action
______4. The budget is to be started tonight for 2010 . The sheets will be
distributed and board to go over these.. A date needs to be set to make the
proposals for 2010. Edie Eberle was here September 30th to help set this up.
______5..The rest of the fire bills are to be paid in November for 2009..
______6 The $9,041.00 in Shared Revenue comes in November.
______7.The Clerk was honored by the Wisconsin Municipal Clerk’s Association for
being a Clerk for 25 years in Bear Creek.
______8. Town Board to be paid at this meeting.
______9. .Smart Growth members to be paid at this meeting. Ted to get bill
to Clerk on amounts due each board member..
______10. Quarterly reports are due at this time to state and federal.
______11. The recycling grant application was completed on the computer for 2010.
We were notified of its completion correctly done.
______12. Housing report should here and to be given to Harold.
______13 The November meeting needs to be set as the treasurer will be gone and
so will the clerk..
______14. 2nd half of insurance is due in November
______15. .Shelly Scallon needs to be paid for her care of the Ward Cemetery..
______16. The state wants the W-2s and W T-7s done on the computer. Clerk to ask
for a waiver, in case this is a problem. State going to all computer reports. Clerk
did the recycling grant application on the computer.
_______17. Kraemer sent Safety sheet. Tim to look at these.
_______18. There is a County meeting for Clerks and Treasurers October 26th at the
Court House in Baraboo, Clerk will attend.
______19. Bills to be paid as presented and approved.
_______20. Any other business to come before the board.
