Treasurer’s report

______1. Notice came from Rural Mutual on completion of the audit and we owe
$361.00 extra for this year.

______2. The State School Credit check should come this month. All to be returned to
the county for taxes..

______3..The State Shared Revenue payment is to come at this time..


______4. Roads being done in the township for 2011. Bids to be let have been
published. To be opened at meeting.

______5. Final values in assessment in Bear Creek for 2011 after the Board of
Review are $ 56,941,500.00 and this has been forwarded to the state. The amount
in 2010 was $57,197,200.00 . The amount was $57,134,300.00 in 2009..

______6.Meeting changed to Aughust 4th so Jeff could be in attendance.

______7. The Recycling Grant papers for 2011 are on the computer. They need to be
run off and filled out and sent to the state and district by October 1, 2011. Clerk
to complete these and send to perspective departments..

______8. There will be no election in September or November...

______10.The signed propane contract is here.

______11. Clerk would like consideration of the September meeting to be Thursday
September 1,2011...

______12. The new tax rules for the state will take place for next month.Governor
Walker’s payment schedule into the state retirement program.

_____13. Lawrence Schlueter transferred his managed forest land to Jasxon Schlueter.
80 acres.








______14. The Federal Exemption Certificate needs to be signed for FS.

_____15. Emergency Housing was provided residents due to the extreme heat this past
few weeks. In Sauk City and people were bused.

______16. The 2nd half of taxes were due in July so the August settlement will be
coming from the county.

______16. Bills to be paid as presented and approved.

______17. Any other business to come before the board.
